We do not operate airlines, hotels.
Payments
Fees paid to Royal Palm Elite include:
Consulting fees
Planning fees
Booking coordination fees
Supplier charges (airlines, hotels, tours, visas) are billed separately or passed through.
Travel Risk
Travel involves inherent risks, including:
Government restrictions
Airline cancellations
Health issues
Border closures
Weather events
Royal Palm Elite is not responsible for losses caused by third parties or government actions.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports and visas
Truthful personal information
Compliance with U.S. and foreign laws
Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
Limitation of Liability
Royal Palm Elite Services is not liable for:
Supplier failures
Airline delays
Government actions
Visa denials
Acts of nature
Loss of documents
Our liability is limited to the consulting fees paid to us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

All Cuba travelers must:

Follow a full-time schedule of compliant activities
Retain travel records for five (5) years
Royal Palm Elite Services does not provide tourism to Cuba and does not arrange prohibited activities.
Failure to comply with OFAC regulations may result in civil or criminal penalties. Clients accept full responsibility for compliance.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Royal Palm Elite Services
Because Royal Palm Elite provides custom travel planning and compliance services, all consulting and planning fees are non-refundable once work begins.
Supplier Refunds
Refunds for:
Flights
Hotels
Tours
Visas
are subject to each supplier’s own policies. Many bookings are non-refundable.
A detailed cancellation and refund policy specific to each trip, including supplier terms and deadlines, will be provided to the client before any bookings or financial commitments are made.
We will assist you in requesting refunds or credits when possible, but we cannot guarantee supplier approval.
Cancellations
If you cancel:
Before planning begins → Partial refund possible
After planning or booking → Fees are earned and non-refundable
Chargebacks
Chargebacks made for services already delivered will be disputed with documentation of work performed.
