Royal Palm Elite Services does not sell, promote, or facilitate tourism to Cuba. All Cuba-related services are provided exclusively under authorized travel categories permitted by U.S. law, including but not limited to Support for the Cuban People and other lawful general license categories. We provide professional advisory, trip-planning, and compliance guidance to ensure that all travel, accommodations, transportation, and activities are conducted in a manner that meets OFAC requirements. This includes structuring itineraries to prioritize engagement with Cuba’sindependent private sector, local entrepreneurs, artists, guides, and family-run businesses. Royal Palm Elite Services does not work with prohibited entities and does not facilitate transactions with restricted Cuban government-controlled organizations. Our services are designed to support lawful travel while promoting ethical, people-to-people engagement that benefits Cuban individuals and small businesses. Travelers working with Royal Palm Elite Services remain responsible for certifying that their travel qualifies under U.S. law. We provide documentation, itinerary guidance, and compliance support to assist travelers in meeting these obligations, including record-keeping requirements.
